So, in my church, we have missionaries. They go out to a foreign (to them) place for 18-24 months and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all those willing to listen.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to go with them. We have two young women serving in the area I live and it's great because they are roughly the same age as I am. I have been praying for an opportunity to serve God the way He wants me to serve. I think my prayers are being answered.
The Spirit testified in my heart the truthfulness of what I was doing. I was filled with endless joy and love for these strangers I had the privilege to meet. I felt a taste of the true love of Christ and serving with my whole self. I can not wait until the next time I have the blessing of service again. Opportunities are all around. I just have to open my eyes.
