I regret not writing for a month or so... I yam sad.
BUT! Now that I'm back and ready for action, you won't be able to make me quit! Even if you offer me something sweet. Like a big fat juicy chocolate covered strawberry. (those make me swoon)
Let me update you on the happenings of Kelsi.
This past month of April has indeed been a crazy one! I watched this, had my bridal shower, continued planning the wedding, celebrated my love's birthday, dipped some crazy eggs, finished my semester, got the keys to the future home, and found time in there to keep my sanity.
So. Let's share some pictures! I don't have many but I'll share what I do have. =)
This was the cake from my lovely bridal shower thrown by my lovelies. =) I had a blast. I really appreciate everything that I am blessed with and this day made me so much more excited for my life with my fiancé. Thank you to everyone who came. I love you all.
I finally mailed out the invitations to our wedding. Oh boy. That was a long two days putting those guys together! But, I am more than happy with how they came out. I'll make sure to put up pictures of the actual invites soon!
For his birthday, I surprised him with the world's largest gummy bear! I have never seen him so happy to receive anything gummy. ;) Oh, and in case you were wondering, that is what awesome looks like.
Ok...ok... So, I took his shirt a little too far. But hey! I love him. So sue me.
Last but not least, let me show you THE egg of the year. This should win awards or something...
The night before Easter, my mom, brother, love, and I gathered to dip eggs in coloring and vinegar. I have never liked the smell of this fun but I enjoy doing it! And you should too!! Anyway, after we finished dipping and coloring all of the solid hard boiled eggs, there were two cracked ones left. This is what led to the epicness of the night. I was trying to decide what to do with them and before I knew it, the four of us were dumping the left over dye into a pitcher to soak the cracked eggs in overnight. I was so excited I could hardly contain it.
Without further ado, here is Little Foot.
Award winning, right?
How was your April?
Au revoir!
