Super Warm Fuzzies Kind of Day

I am in a sappy "I love my husband" type of mood today. The only problem is that said husband is at work. So, in the spirit of love, I have devoted my day to listening to the music we played at our wedding reception. I have had an intense day of warm fuzzies. I do believe that I am in love! I can NOT wait for him to get home so we can cuddle and have fun together! I love my best friend. AND I love the fact that I get to kiss him!

When I got married, I was sealed in the Oakland California Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We made promises to each other that I will never break. I am his for time and all eternity. And he is mine. That's the best part. I feel spoiled. In reality, I'm just extremely blessed.

Most of my family are not members of the church and therefore can't enter the temple. I wanted to include them in the celebration so we had a ring ceremony. It was the best decision I made. I can't express the love I have for them and the love I have for my husband enough. I will admit that making the decision to get married in the temple was tough for me. In the end, I realized that my eternity with my love was at stake. It's not about everyone else. I had to choose the right thing to do for me and the man I wanted as my eternal companion. My true BFF. So, courage mustered, we went for it. Get sealed and have a ring ceremony so that my dad could walk me down the aisle.

Even though I had already seen my man in his tuxedo with tails and all of my loved ones outside of the temple, there was something about turning to see him at the end of the aisle that took my breath away. That moment confirmed to me that we made the right decision.

Did I mention the awesome music we had for our ceremony?

I walked down the aisle arm-in-arm with my dad to this song:

AH. I love life. I love my husband. I love Jesus. I love you.

<3
Proceed with feeling super warm fuzzies now.

Au revoir.

Day 25/30

Day 25!
A picture of your day!

It's Sunday. The Sabbath day. But.... the hubs and I are both feeling a little bleh and so we opted not to spread germs and stay home from church. :(

SAD!

This is what I've been doing....

Mahjong. My Bae tried to help... I'll just stick to it myself. ;)

Until next time! Au revoir.

Fail.

So, my friends.... I do believe I have failed.

This 30 Day Challenge was supposed to last for 30 days....
Mine has CLEARLY lasted way longer. I even forgot what day I am supposed to be posting. Bleh. Well, mes amis! don't let my failure get you down! You WILL learn more about me and I WILL post the last few days. So my 30 days are spread out over a few months..... SO WHAT?! I live my life and you live yours. After all, that's how the world goes round!

I love you, dear people.
You have my heart.

Au revoir.

Sealed, baby!

Hello, fellow friends! I have missed thee. =)

So! I have been married for just over a month and let me tell you......

I LOVE IT!
My husband is the greatest! (I'm still getting used to the "H" word)
Let me share with you a little bit about my wedding day!

I woke up at 4:30 to take a shower and let my hair dry by 5:30 when my friend was coming to get started on my hair. Well, she showed up at 5:15 and I was passed out on the living room couch. The photographer and my bridesmaids trickled in one by one until it was a full-blown girl fest!

Yes. I had Raisin Bran for breakfast....

I had to be out the door by 8:30 in order to make it to Oakland by 10:00 am... I was a little freaked. But we made it on time and I was in the temple right on schedule.

I don't think anyone made it out of the sealing with a dry eye. It was beautiful and I am so blessed to be able to have my sweetheart for time and all eternity. I know with an absolute sureness that we made the right decision and I wouldn't change any of it for anything. The temple is a magical place. I love it.

We can be hams. ;) BY THE WAY! Doesn't he just look fabulous!? And he dressed himself! ;)

Here are some MORE pictures! =)

So, mes amis, I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I do. I do... hahaha. Punny. Let me see some of your wedding pictures! I would love to! And if you're not married....

Get married. It's the best.
I love you all! But I love that smashing man in the white tux more!

Au revoir!
